I’m the Scorpio of this realm  

Will you taste my blood

My mind consists of bright red veils, stained with blood

I lay at night, i lie myself to sleep

You’ve caught me in a morbid stance

Your lips upon mine, venom flows down my throat

Can’t escape you, at every corner, you’re haunting me

I’m your Drop Dead Sensation thats rising from the dead

A rotten casket crumbles at your feet 

Standing upon my feet im a zombie 

I’m the earthquake that knocked you off your feet

I wish to be as dangerous as your lips

I’m the Morbid abis that struck you down

The worst of me stays buried in the ground 

The foundations of this temple is deemed hazardous

Death to the critics, I come from the cyanide

Show me another wrought to escape

This needle percied my skin, the drugs will take affect

Soon enough they’ll try to rip me from your grasp

We cant be apart, we grow so old

Snow makes my feet numb, venture into the snow queens den

Will they make sure we get out alive

This is really well written. Very dark but I'm game for it. I would just do a quick read through to fix some grammar as I spotted a couple capitalization issues. Otherwise, very well done.
