Two Lovers In A Final Embrace

Two Lovers In A Final Embrace

A Poem by Travie
"

I wrote this when I was bored one night.

"
I lay here in your warm embrace,
Under a blanket of bright stars,
Listening to the sound of your heart,
As the blood is running through your veins.
When I look into your pretty eyes,
It's like my world completely stops,
And everything around turns to dust,
Like all that's left is you and me.
I feel your hand reach into mine,
As our fingers intertwine together,
A sense of deep passion overwhelms me,
Our love making up surrounding energy.
You slowly turn your head towards me,
Our eyes meet and you start to cry,
As I gently caress your cheek with my hand,
We softly whisper our final goodbyes.
