Wish I Could Forget, or You Remember

Wish I Could Forget, or You Remember

A Poem by Stagnant Mind

You see its funny
because you judge how I handle this.
Its all been taken away,
Stolen by a lie, more like.
And you,
do nothing but push me away, wont even look,
at whats standing right in front of you.

You see its sad
because I believed we are better,
And now this is where we're at?
To where you don't even want to try?

I hate myself for this.
I wish I could've been better,
better for us both.

I always said this is how I was,
but you held my hand and said we'd get through.
And now you've let go when I need you the most.

You see its scary
because I don't know where to turn.
You think i'm pathetic for how I try to get away,
but without you,
that's where I have to turn.
I have no one else to help me.
If you wont come back I have to try to forget,
or else id probably just end it all right here.
