A Simple Girl

A Simple Girl

A Poem by Azura

A simple girl she was,

A shy,

Calm creature,

A simple soul she had,

Careless of her feelings,

Such a kind human,

Her simplicity,

Shone like gold,

Her spirit,

Valueble,

Yet she still felt empty,

Inside,

Her heart lacked the things,

She gave away,

Love,

Compassion,

Spirit,

She was here,

Being a role model,

But she wasn't here,

She was in a land unknown,

Trapped in a cell,

Unable to yell,

To scream,

To do what she wanted,

A simple girl,

Bound by the curse,

Show no one your pain,

The story,

Of a simple girl,

The one who sold her feeling,

For others' happiness.

My World . . .

About
I write because I am alone. I am 13 years old, going into high school, I am dreading it, new people, new slate. I must do over everything, must feel new friends come and break my slate over again. W.. more..
