Darkness within

Darkness within

A Poem by Inactive

Your heart rate doubles, yet your breathing is calm.

Your senses call for trouble, Your like a ticking time bomb.

You want this to happen, You want to break free.

But what comes then, do you really want to see?

It's too late, the transformation has begun.

Theres no where to hide, nowhere to run.

You realise now, as the world starts to spin,

That all you can do, is embrace the Darkness Within.

Interesting piece. You're right...much can be learned in that place of no light. Everything of worth I've ever learned was taught when the sky was falling in on me. :) Good work. Rain..
