Drowning ThoughtsA Poem by LalaSome thoughts I can't suppress Like a hand in water They slip through the cracks I try crushing them with my fists But it moves through the gaps They rise besides the walls Of my protective palms Some thoughts I just can't stop And the more I try to ignore The harder I push them down The faster my watery thoughts flow And the faster I drown
