This poem tells about how someone waits for a person and how does he/she deals with the scenario in the absence of that person.

NAZAR EK THASHE.

એ રાહ જોઈને વળી 

કે નજર એક થશે, પણ તુ ના નજર આવ્યો

એ રાહે નજર તાકીને બેસું છું 

      જયાંથી તુ નીકળે છે

આજે પણ હું તારી રાહ જોવુ છું

 કે નજર એક થશે, પણ તુ ના નજર આવ્યો

આજે પણ તુ મારી યાદો માં છે

      મારી હર વાતો મા છે

       મારી સ્મિત મા છે

       મારી કવિતા મા છે

પણ તને જોવાનું નસીબ નથી

શું કહું એ નજર ને, રાહ જોઈને થાકતી નથી

તારા એ પ્રેમ ની તરસી એ નજર ને આજે પણ તને જોવાનું નસીબ નથી
