Hold my heart and my soul,

For only You can make them whole.

Forgive my youthful dumb mistakes,

That only human fools can make.

 

Take me to that land of flowers,

To hear praise songs and sing for hours.

Let me touch...those nail pierced hands,

Given to You...by Your father's Own command.

 

Let me feel...Your warm embrace;

Then show me your Father's face.

Let me know and finally understand,

Why "HELL" ever was...a choice for man!

 

Explain to me...so I might know,

Why some did come and some did go?

And then erase all thoughts of pain,

So up in Heaven with You..I am lain.

 

Out in a beautiful colored field...

Strewn with every kind of flower. 

Singing songs filled with praise ...

To You my Lord...for hours and hours.
