Infinity

Infinity

A Poem by Valery
"

Can you really ever understand what love is?

"
Your eloquent eyes in twilight,
Speak loudly what words cannot say,
My heart you make beat faster,
And in this silence between us,
My beating heart is the music.

Your hand softly in mine,
In that warm pressure I find,
The hope that someday this will work,
That someday Life will stop coming in between you and I,
And Our life shall begin.

Your voice, I can listen to it forever,
We're trying to say something but don't know how to,
Don't know if it's right, if it's the right time,
The moon is rising into midnight,
As I'm trying to understand the infinity, between You and I.
