Broken With A Smile

Broken With A Smile

A Poem by Victoria

Let it go.
Emotions flow.
Im Sitting here.
Life is going too slow.
The world, it passes with silent greys
and i watch as my mind blurrs the days.
Broken Hearts.
They seem so real.
How do i even know they feel?
Pain. It flows like blood from a wound.
Like a wolf howling to the moon.

Look into those mysterious eyes.
That little smile its built on lies.
A storm blows hard in that head.
Tool late for feelings left unsaid.
The wind howls behind those eyes.
And no one sees her silent cries.
Each word they say is judged by the past.
I really hope this romance lasts.

Morbid, yet like sweet sorrow.
Will we have another tomorrow?
You smile. I laugh
I cant escape the spell you cast.
Each little touch makes me shake.
I pray my heart does not break.
Captured here, bound to you.
I cannot help but be true.

Waiting to fall, not wanting to break.
Here, i hand you my heart to take.
Please, be gentle, handle with care
I really dont have much love left to spare...

Poem's okay. Eventually got the gist of poem. The first stanza could be better though.
