Paris

Paris

A Poem by VillainWisdom

I miss Paris, damn I miss Paris..
And I don't mean to sound like a parrot..but I miss it.
then it was like I had a mistress if only for a few nights
heated passion amassing in the city of lights

and like..a brash foreigner I forage her, she forage me.
C'est la vie, je prendre tu bebe, mon chérie...
I hate to share me, girl in the states, stakes is high..
she a main dish, heart left on plate..Paris this place..
consumed me for a minute, moved me like a mystic
moon light soon illuminate this instant..

And while I insert Afrocentric Love, in a European flower
I reflect On expereinces At this hour...that time was ours.
and though feelings eventually got in the way
I remember Paris 3,689 miles away.
