I like it, I think the ending is strong, and its a good message. If I were to suggest any changes, how about taking out they're and replacing ammunition with bullets so it would read:

Words stinging
Pains bringing
Weapons---mouths
Bullets-----words
STOP
Knowing there is a problem
Is the first step
To fix it
