I tried to cut it

This is a cry of anguish and aptly conjures up feelings of depression and low self-regard. Writing down the feelings helps t spill them on the floor... no bad thing . Here you have the reassurance of people who value you for what you bring here, just yourself, with your anxieties and pain. It's OK; we can still love you.

I could feel the intensity in this poem.. that crying out from inside sort of feeling. Especially when you wrote: "I tried to pick me up to the sky". Saying that you tried to lift yourself, or "ME", up emphasizes the loneliness in the situation. It's hard to get yourself out from that deep darkness on your own.

This has the sound of a person in crisis. Hard to tell if it comes from within or whether the person being addressed is the cause of it. The pain and anxiety come through very clearly.
