Exposed for you

As I exposed myself to the glare in your eye, I realise that this is not something for me to do
Don't confuse yourself I do know that this isn't something to bargain about
But please don't desert me like this. 
I feel the sun on my skin
And the breath of your mouth on my neck. 
Let me live just a little longer and I shall do you no harm
