My Happy Place

My Happy Place

A Poem by Skye
"

i don't know if its good or not, but i like the scene in my head

"

Outside, a myraid of stars glow,

And the man on the moon smiles down

Casting a heavenly glow across the midnight ground

The sinous river babbling gently.

The trees turned silver in the soft moonlight

And I, laying nestled in a hamoch,

Have never been happier.

Ahh, happy places. I go to a place of beauty when I sleep, a land of love and hope. Thank you for reminding me of it.

About
Sometimes, I forget my passion underneath the demands of life and want of perfection. Then there are those nights where everything is clear, and I can't help but write what I feel. I love meeting .. more..
