A Poem by Wanderlust32197

Two souls bleeding tears

Can’t undo what has been done,

I fought a bloody battle,

Still neither of us won.

Now I sit here in silence,

Receiving kisses from ghosts,

Reliving year old memories,

About what I miss most.

Our love was once passionate,

A summer fire with a nighttime glow,

Dying like an autumn leaf,

Til it lays frozen in the snow.

Hello, I am a college student who has used writing as a catharsis for as long as I can remember. This being said, much of my poems contain darker topics, mainly heartbreak, depression, bullying, a bip.. more..
