A Poem by Wanderlust32197

This is the pain before the break-up,

The hurt before the fall.

But plan everything out perfectly,

And it could be the end of us all.

Pain is disguised flawlessly,

Like a tear dropped in the sea.

So when you find that tear in the ocean,

I’ll show the world the true me.

I’ll paint pain on a canvas,

Sorrows shown in oil pastel.

I’ll sing lullabies to my baby,

Hoping she won’t go through hell.
