Hello

Is this my thoughts?

Or me talking out loud?

I can't seem to figure out the difference.

First I open my mouth trying to mumble a word.

Nothing comes out beneath my white teeth.

Lets try this again 

'Hello?'

I can hear it but, can anyone else?

It's too dark to tell.

I can't see anything

But I can feel my body shiver.

Like it has it's own rhythm.

My head feels like it is going to explode into an oblivion.

Breath in,

Breath out,

As I exhale my body stops shivering.

I ask again

"Hello?'

In a deep lingering tone I hear.

"Hey"
