Perill

Perill

A Poem by Ryan

Envisioning.

A woman,
Running through the cold black night.

A beast,

Flailing towards the woman.

The Forest.

Her heart,

Racing.

Beating faster with every new step taken.

His hunger,

Growing.

His instinct,

Stronger

The woman,

Trips.

The beast,

Satisfied.

GREAT IMAGERY, IT REMINDED ME OF ALL THE HORROR MOVIES IVE SEEN W/ A WOMAN BEING CHASED BY A MONSTER :) LOLZ....I THINK THAT THIS POEM WOULD BE EVEN MORE DRAMATIC IF READ OUT-LOUD (I LOVE THE LAST LINE, IT GIVES THE POEM CLOSURE WITHOUT GIVING AWAY TO MUCH, ITS A GREAT WAY TO KEEP YOU THINKING)

The woman,
Trips.
The beast,
Satisfied.

GREAT WORK! EVERYTHING SEEMS TO WORK PERFECTLY IN THIS POEM!
KUDOS TO U!!
