Death comes for me

Death comes for me

A Poem by WideEyedAbyss

Death rides into the stormy damp night
Silently stepping his horse glaides
With the wispers of death on his breath
The blood drips off, The moon rises
The sickle shines in the moonlight
The footprints slowly drift away
The air in the sky slowly seeses
The breath from your body fades away
As you look into the eyes
Of the one who will take your life
The anger inside, your pounding heart
The swift cut and your blood starts
Slowly it slides down your body
Your head still standing tall
Death stands near, looking amazed
As your head slowly falls
He pickes up your lifeless dead body
And lays it on the back of his horse
And slowly rides back into the raging storm
Now your lifes not cursed
Looking back into my life
I realize I could have done more
I wish death had come for me
Just a hour before
The blackness of his soul
Interacts with mine
The feeling I get
When the sickel touches my skin
I die once more within....
