LOVE AT A TIME OF EBOLA

LOVE AT A TIME OF EBOLA

A Poem by Chinedu Ubah

I woke up with an ache.
Hopefully the symtoms are not of this plague make.
The plague is everywhere
Distributing death freely, like its santa claus' heir,
Make sure to bathe with salt, my dear
It's properties protect from the curse; so I hear
Pestilence is here,
No doubt the end is near.
Will rather spend these last days with my love;
With this ache; the only one I can think of
Lets all party and have a blast
We never no if it will be our Last
