King of Sand

King of Sand

A Poem by WildWriter2600
"

A king's journal writings.

"
Deep in a remote land, lies the desolate castle of The King of Sand. Abandoned in haste, his glorious temple left to waste. In the ruble half buried lay a journal The King once carried. In it written a kings final words. "King of Sand, no man acts at the lift of my hand. I have no life, no gold, no love. I am the King of Sand, all that I rule is nothing. To my face this brings a frown. I guess I'll just bring it all down."
