Found Poem in "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer"

A Poem by WildeWhore
"

a summer's half-an-hour project.

"

village at midnight

sore and drowsy

every shadow and speechless

grave   so sunken

in  the hills

a breath was stirring

familiar blonde hair

burst upon

the rotting floor

He  slipped a

long lingering  sigh

into  incredible rags

wandered to   love instantly

broke   her old heart

dropped it   with a shudder

watched it crawl

down the Mississippi River

The depth of this in the lines as I read...and the ending:

watched it crawl
down the Mississippi River

and by the title of this... of Tom Sawyers adventures on the Mississippi River...
