Antics

A Poem by William Coad

Your antics,

I love your antics,

I love how you and I just click.

I love the little things you do,

The little games we play,

I love the little moves you make,

I love how you sway.

I love your antics,

I love our antics,

I love how it all just clicks.

I love how we talk,

We walk the walk,

We spend years on this,

And never so much time on that.

I love how we’ll stand in front of,

Some strangers house,

And never move for three hours.

Just stand there watching the flowers.

I love your smile,

I love your face,

I love your hair,

I love your way.

But it’s your antics that I come back for,

It’s your antics that I love you for,

It’s your antics, my darling.

Your antics.

I love your antics,

I love our antics,

And I love you.
