A Little LegendA Poem by WolfwindThank you "HUGO" for your inspiration! =DA Little Legend of
Yester-yore Pothole
and Cothold were cousins of long ago One
went out, long upon the road… The
other would stay and laundry fold… Then along came a storm It broke the road in two! The
linens got tossed and boy they flew! Cothold did chase after whites, sheets and
socks... Only to be covered by ancient and dusty rocks… So now all we have descended down in stone Is watch'n out for Potholes Marked with a yellow/orange cone. © 2013 Wolfwind |
