The Spirit Reflection

The Spirit Reflection

A Poem by Wolfwind

Capturing a spirit

Along a rain swept day

Whispers blown in the wind

Light wanted to stay

Glistening

Sparkling

Glowing across twilight

Roaming

Hurting

Sands stung the night

Even after in nature’s song

A crescendo of the heart

Tricks, guiles and fake false smiles

Had neither a place

It was a start

Solar bright

Tapestries thread

The rays would come to shine

Roaming

Riding

Never hiding

Rolling upon divine

Sticks and rocks

Broke down blocks

A table empty and bare

A soul, a dream, a mad moonbeam

Tying knots

In order to share

Coalescing in the clouds

Creation made that very day

Angels weeping

The devil

Reaping

Cut the ribbons

The gift is higher

The ground to shift and tremble

The word of tense

Of futures right

Only

Disassemble
