My Other Life

My Other Life

A Poem by
"

Close enough to imagine, Yet too far away to touch.

"
I'm happy,
She is sad.

I'm exciting,
She is boring.

I'm brunette,
She is blonde.

I am loveable,
She is repulsive.

I am perfumed,
She is plain.

I am full-of-life,
She is depressed.

Opposite world,
Opposite Dimension.

Close enough to imagine,
Yet too far away to touch.

My other life.

Author's Note

I couldn't think of a better 'opposite' word for 'perfumed', if you can think of one, tell me - suggestions are welcome!

Great poem :)
By perfumed, if you're talking about smelling nice, the antonym would be putrid or something. But as you used the word 'plain' you probably mean actually having perfume on, in which case plain is fine, or you could have said
'I am perfumed
She is not'

But yours is better.
XD
