Las Vegas

Las Vegas

A Poem by
"

I was thinking of las vegas, escape the fate, and all the stuff that happens there.

"

Look at the bright shiny lights.

Like Mount Olympus, buildings at great heights.

Music pounding, my guys performing.

Whispering in my ear, my Max, adoring.

Bang, symbols rang, heard throughout the land.

Putrid, like sulfur, the sweat of man.

Sipping on my sour lemonade,

Like poison, soon the bitter taste begins to fade.

I tremor to the bass in my heart.

I love the excitement in my heart.
