Taken

Taken

A Poem by

My lord, so high in the sky
Have you no forgiveness
For me, I am so lonely
As you must know.
I have tasted sin with him.
I can no longer deny
He has taken me, to desire
Lusted me, with so much seed
Till I am starved wanting so much more
He has reached in,
Grabbed my soul
This was not his to win
Left me with an empty hole
I fear I cannot breathe,
His beauty smothers me
I can feel my innards,
AS they wither from death
Spewing fourth guilt from his touch
That will never be, anymore
Just send the lighting down to kill me!
For the clouds are cold,
The wind no longer circles me
As I will crumble to the ground
From where I was birthed
I will perish over time
For he has left me , though he was never mine.

I think the ending sums up the beginning in this one. Often we give the most precious part of self to someone who isn't ours to begin with and though the time with them is beyond heaven sometimes when it is over it leaves feeling less than, Questioning if we made the right choice to indulge with them in such a wonderous moment.

On the other hand, there are times when being taken is worth it. :)

Interesting take on this photo it is indepth to one soul of how they feel and shows their character and beliefs as well as their mistakes. Wonderful write.
