We are just animals on whom only nature's laws truly govern

When we define concepts

that DIVIDE humankind,

 

we forget the simple truth

that it is all in our mind.

 

We were not there from the start

and we will cease to be.

 

We are animals from the head and heart,

let us all be free.

I enjoyed this. It made me think.

How could we be so arrogant to think we could define something as complicated as a person? We are, ultimately, animals. It's silly to think that somehow we could understand enough to properly define anything. Thinking that, whatever "category" we try to put people in appears silly.

This is a hard subject. Most people believe we are led by greed. I was lucky. I traveled to most of the world. Few places have the separation of poor to rich as the rich and powerful countries like the USA. I the end. We are animals in heart and mind. A animal insured her babies have cover and food. Human beings need the same. A excellent poem. Made me think this morning.

Funny genetics never has any objection to drawing us together for procreation and even telling us via hormones that we can delude ourselves with love and use that excuse to have affairs with others.nature and love are not compatible nature and religion are not either The truth is nature wins every time and our maginations and delusions are just that in the face of natures reality
