Whistles Blow

Whistles Blow

A Poem by

With my dying hope I look out
Far away somewhere your face glow,
I watch you reach for me slow;
From the stairs of the train
Again and again
I hear you crying my name;
But now that the whistles blow
I think you know'
I think you know-
All along
I've loved you so.

THE WAY THIS STARTS AND ENDS GIVES AN ELOQUENT STORY LINE TO THE READER...THE BALANCE OF THE PIECE GIVES MUCH AND CLARIFIES THIS WELL IN THE THEME...GOOD TO READ THIS WORK...
