I Wish I Had a Beautiful Mouth

I Wish I Had a Beautiful Mouth

A Poem by
"

I was listening to music and had a great desire to know how to sing. Then I wrote this.

"
I wish I had a beautiful mouth
From which true words were spoken
I wish I had a beautiful mouth
To sing my love sweet songs
I wish I had a beautiful mouth
That laid still upon a worthily face
I wish I had a beautiful mouth
To convey awe upon a blind man's eyes
I wish I had a beautiful mouth
To place upon your beautiful mouth

I agree with the other reviewers. This poem is beautiful in its simplicity. I applaud you for another poem so well done. I look forward to reading your other work. ^_^ Excellent.

The longing emotions tied in with the brevity of this piece calls for it to be reread several times just to soak it all in.
The ending was simple but yet so profound.
And the line that stood out most was line 8.
It has more depth then you may realize.

My only criticism is the word "worthily." it kinda lends an abrupt stop to the flow of the poem. If you could maybe find another word to replace it.

Other than that, I really did enjoy reading this
You will only improve from here :)

You say in your bio that you are not good at writing, I think this poem proves otherwise... that was very real and raw emotions that many of us feel when we don't think we are good enough. Nicely done.
