This One's for You

I wrote this poem for all the believers out there. Thank you for inspiring me!

For all of you who count your blessings

Instead of your belongings

The souls that never stop caring

And worship every dawning.

For those of you who have compassion

Never-ending praises

A smile that never bears a cracking

Over-achieving in the lead...

By a million paces.

There are too many people who are cruel

Living in the world these days

But owners with hearts like you

Balance out all of their hate.

For everyone out there

Dealing with abuse

It isn't your fault, and it isn't fair

Yet you bear with life, I look up to you.

And there are lovely citizens 

Regularly pushing by with their lives

But you are the grace within my grin

To be so kind and have the power to inspire.

So listen to the winds

Only enlightened ears will hear

Lying before you is your waking dream

From this life

You have done wonders,

And now will be carefully set free.
