Summer Night

I love summer nights!

Warm summer breeze,

Buzzing of the bumble bees.

Long bright day ending,

Colors in the sky blending.

Summer night,

A wonderful delight.

The smell of pollen in the air.

Stars above, a fiery glare.

Long fingers of branching trees,

Reaching out towards the starry seas.

Moon beaming a ghostly light,

Summer night, a beautiful sight.

Can't you just picture yourself outside, under a tree, the wind lightly brushing against your skin? I can!
