But your body is cold as ice?

Of wanting to give up

Because you've been rotting

and your blood is clotting?

Do you ever get that feeling

That love is pointless

Because your heart has been played

With the sharpest of blades?

Do you ever get that feeling

That no one really cares

Because eventually they all leave,

And you're left with no belief? 

Do you ever get that feeling

Where you'd rather sleep than live

Because all your strength is gone,

And you have no more force to act on?

Do you ever get that feeling

Of being so ashamed

Because they laugh at you

Not knowing what you've been through?

Do you ever get that feeling

Where your dreams are crushed

Because the damn world is so scared

That you're too mentally impaired? 

Do you ever get that feeling

Where you're no longer human

Because after all this pain,

You feel you're no longer sane?
