To Mike my friend

To Mike my friend

A Poem by
"

My friend commited suicide this was written for him. He was a good man.

"
To a friend who I have met many time’s, by the weld shop he always stood by. He always had a big smile on his face waving at me in a hasty pace. I stopped to say hello, which only seemed like a few minutes turned out to be more then forty-five minutes. We shared to each other our knowledge, we talked about guns, we talked about ammo, we argued about Glock not havin a half c**k, I always told him Beretta was the best on the block, we shared our joys we shared our tears and sometime’s even our greatest fears. We always talked about our host the mysterious ghost which we first thought was a hoax. More than an hour has passed by now we must say our goodbyes; to the next time that I walk by that weld shop over head door to Mike I will say Hi. Never thought three years has gone by, never thought we would have said our final goodbyes. I pray God has claimed your soul so that the next time I walk by that weld shop in heaven I can still say Hi.

Thank you remembering your friend. Most of us walk a tight rope and can fall off. It is important to be kind to all people. We don't know their pain or happiness they are feeling. Funny how we miss faces that we see in a daily round of life. A very good ending to the excellent story.
