INTUITION TRUE

INTUITION TRUE

A Poem by M. L. F.

The edge was near, yet no one knew it.

What was she to do?

She pushed along, her gut screamed through it,

headlong into gloom.

It tugged at her from deep inside,

a side-glance in the room.

The sudden flinch of lips that lie

engulfed her now like fumes.

Not long until the truth was free,

her intuition true.

So always let your gut speak up,

Your gut will speak the truth…

Very eerie. If you were trying to build suspense, you sure did it, alright.

Very intriguing ... Of course I have very minimal knowledge of this "larger piece", but this poem very strongly sets a tone and established themes. Looking forward to the long-awaited unveiling of your ongoing project.
