Trapped

Her eyes filled with pain

Her voice filled with doubt

She watched the room spin around

Every breath she took 

Every thought she had

Felt trapped and bound

Like something was holding her down

Calm down

Take a breath

Walk away

All of those things raced in her head

Even though she felt she would rather be dead

She is lost inside of a maze

Save her from this reality 

Ease her mind

It is so easy to just say don't panic 

To say with a little help you will get better

To hear the same things time in and time again

Her tears dry up

Her voice changes pitch 

Her smile shows the lies
