Love's a flame

This was more like advice..For a friend..but it had a poetic element to it

Love is like a flame

Warm and soothing

Yet you mess with the gentle flame

And it begans to grow into a roaring fire

And you keep feeding the fire until

Everything around you, begans to burn

And while you stand in the Ashes

You question why

But it never occured

That you messed with flame

Until you got burnt

You wanna give up but you cannot

You have to get up and rebuild

Make it better then the last

But now you know

Don't feed the flame

Let it grow on its own

It will offer warmth and protection

Lighting your way

But only if you treat it right and keep in mind that

Love is like a fire

ohh that was nice my friend,so it was an advice..i will tell you my side,ha ha
love is a flame, its a mess and never gentle..you cant help but mess with it
some are lucky some are not,some will surly get burnt,but they just love it
its kind of living wild,there is no protection against it,you will have to look and see
,one could be a miss and another could be a victory..love is life
so you have to love so to live it,or else you will miss it all,even if its messy
