You're My Mystery

You're My Mystery

A Poem by Tori

Looks like you’re my Mystery,

The one that I can’t solve,

How many different ways,

Are you gonna make my world revolve

Around the Sinners and the Saints,

Who are lying in the Ash,

Fight it off, I’ll fight it hard,

But I cannot fight my past.

Watching you, Watching me, Killing them,
While the Eyes of our God is clouded by our Sins.

Drowning out my voice and turning down the noise,

Here’s something for all the pretty little things

And all of the Bad, bad Boys.

Turn it over or Turn off the lights,

Fight off my angels, Fight off my devils,

But you can’t fight for my life.

You’ve got my blood boiling

And it’s screaming for Release,

Though I’ve never even seen your face,

I know you’re all I Need.

Steal my heart, you’ve killed my mind,

Why should I believe you when anyone can lie?

I Guess you’re Just my Mystery,

That Little Puzzle I can’t solve,

Though I keep wondering if you even care at all.

I like the repetition of the mystery part. And there were several lines I liked above all, but I'm far too lazy to go through and pick them out. Since it was a large number, I shall praise the entire poem. Tori, twas FANTASTIC. And, as always, I look forward to more. :D
