Barcelona

Barcelona

A Poem by ღSherion~Raineღ

Barren, breathless, bleeding...

I tread the path where the pain wanders preciously.

Breathless, bleeding, barefooted...

I stumble upon a rock ribbed bridge, stinging and derailed like an off-course steam train, tremored violently.

I bolted, quick as a high strung arrow, across the bare-skinned boards of barred bedrock.

Bleeding, barefooted...
Blackened. Bruised.

Barcelona beckoned me.
