A single drop in the ocean they say

Nothing in the great scheme of things they say

And yet a drop in the ocean causes ripples

Ripples that rush across the surface

Disrupting and ruining the peaceful harmony of the silent Lake

And yet, they say

The ocean is not affected by these ripples

And yet I can see with my own eyes

The change in atmosphere

The ripples cause

As the rush across the surface

That is what I say
