The RoOm Mate

"This poem Was Written by the Best of Margaret Sebetha, I am only the inheritor"

From being associates to being roommates
The minuscule we long waited for…
 We moved in together, contented and eyeing forward to keep on together We gabbed,
Munch and shared entirety
Our conversing could last for epochs,
We treated each more than sisters,
Sisters who know a whole lot about each other
And cared about their delight.

My pal’s friends were mine
My networks were hers
Her every day was mine
Roommates to sisters????

Within a snap of a finger
Those minutes were vintage
Our small village Became a stage
That vies with time
Our glee led to anger
My contacts befitted her foes
We lived in a pang of conscience
We departed, lamented, we bewailed
A dog and a cat???
From sisters to rivals???
WHO SAID IT'S IMPOSSIBLE????

Throbbing and loneliness reached the door
The heart felt misplaced
For I remain scared,
Am I scared of my own sister???

Feelings of remorse and anxious haunt me
My sister, my friend, my pal I spend eras thinking
Trusting to go back when partaking was at ease
Where is that lassie I respected?

Continuity is not a stress-free article to sort out
But if single need not to figure it out.
Then, let it be the easiest thing to see to…

"We lived in a pang of conscience " - this is my favorite line in the entire poem< I feel it is the strongest and made the most sense to me. It says so much and so clearly. I look forward to reviewing more of your work. :)
