SUNDAY BELLS

SUNDAY BELLS

A Poem by XxVampyrCandyXx
"

We will Ignore the demands of our pounding hearts

"

We will flee upon first flight
Deny the physical world that is right
Turn our ears from the songs that haunt our fantasies
Blind ourselves from the need of ecstasy

We will love in chaste, without a single touch
No kisses, only sweet smiles
And embrace ourselves with passing whispers
We shall shroud our hearts in mystery
So our emotions will be nothing but history

We will Ignore the demands of our pounding hearts
Quiet the pleas of desire for satisfaction
And say hello to Sunday Bells
Until the heavens bring forth forever
Only and Only then
Will we be together
