Can You Hear Me Now?

Can You Hear Me Now?

A Poem by Adora.xo

Nyeh. Slam Poetry?Idk its a vomit of WORDS D:

"

No one listens to you

Until you stop listening to them.

Because then they hear your silence,

And wonder if you’re listening.

"Are you listening to me?

As I rant on and on about,

My date last night with a,

Coulda, woulda, been a movie star,

And whine about what I should wear tonight

To that new in-town bar!

Oh did you hear that?

I rhymed, I must be a natural....

Who are those people that always rhyme?

And cry and whine, about life and that stuff.

Are you listening to me?

Do I look fat? Is this neck-line too deep?

Listen while I drone on about, life

And shout, about that b***h next door

Trying to steal my man...

Yeah, my man, the-

Shoulda been woulda been movie star.

But the job includes travel and,

He said he couldn’t leave me...

Ain’t that sweet? He’s gonna leave a million-dollar

Opportunity for me! See?

He must really love me!

Are you listening?

Did you hear me?"

No because you won’t listen to me,

Until I stop listening to you,

Because then you’ll hear my silence,

And wonder if I’m listening too.

*Screams* I don't know how to respond to that, but I'll try:
INSANELY, DRAMATICALLY, TRUE, AND BOLD, AND OUTSTANDING!
P.S. sorry for the underestimation
