Mr. death

Mr. death

A Poem by Faceless Poet
"

MR. death, can you really take away the pains of our agony?

---

Perhaps you do, Perhaps you don’t

I would never know for I haven’t got your answer.

Because You never do speak nor answer questions

Who are we to question your power

You just do what you have to do

Nothing more, Nothing less

Did you know that I have think of you too many times

But never did I once touch your presence

You come as you go as so they say

as swift as the wind

gone as fast in the blink of an eye

someday will meet

but today, I must stay

so much to do, so much to bear

to live with worth, I swear

till next time

.

.

.

see you then mr. death

Now I know where you coming from ... I'll be back for this too Faceless Being ...
This is what I came up from reading your piece. It could be another poem.

In this world that I live in I have lost my way
I have lost the time and the will to pray
Everyday is hard and I struggle to survive
At one point I have contemplated
the thought of committing suicide.
But then realized the Lord is my guide
If I trust and believe He will graciously provide
The road I travel has been hard and lonely
And the burden I carry was heavy and weary.
Why God You're so far away ?
Like a million miles away ?

interesting poem...kind of like an old horror flick meets Emily Dickinson...who once said "we have the power to kill, but not the power to die"----
