we'll talk... later

we'll talk... later

A Poem by Yheela

you hesitate
before you answer me
are you working late
or are you coming home

there is silence
I can't hear you breathe
I know you are there
for no one can be as quiet as you

a quick "kiss, kiss"
and I whisper
"I love..."
silence is replaced with total emptiness

there's always a "later"
waiting for us
when you get home
with the smell of someone else on your skin
