I find this song quite jolly. I don't know why I feel like that. I think it's because of the last stanza. I can imagine a choir singing this song. It's like a song I use to sing in church it has a religious feel to it.

Divinely lyrical and compelling song. I would that I could hear the music that goes along with it - this should be performed aloud even at a poetry reading perhaps. Nicely done.
