Through

Through

A Poem by Jessica Lewis

The eyes of bewilderment cast upon the shadowy star

blazing spheres of wonder light the way

beneath lies the dark abyss of end

the trees sway softly to the melody of the wind

push aside the vindictive vines

a glow of whats above casts light on all that will see

one must have a innate sensitivity to feel it

each breath crisp in the dank fog

respect the ever-present new life

for it is always there

i got the feeling of being alone with nature and the morning dew of life while lost in your words - a pleasure to read

i like this, especial the flow of the beginning. Very poetic and the imagery is cool.
