Love and heart break💔

In the realm of emotions and sentiments,
Where love and heartbreak often blend,
A tale unfolds, a poem to transcend,
Of love's euphoria and heartache to attend.

Once upon a time, two souls entwined,
Their love, a symphony, harmoniously aligned,
Every verse composed, every note refined,
A love so pure, ethereal and kind.

But alas, love's path is not always serene,
A tempest unleashed, a storm unforeseen,
Heartbreak's tempest, an agonizing scene,
The tender heart shattered, stripped and unclean.

Like fragile petals cascading from a rose,
Aching tears flow, the wounded heart knows,
Love's duality, joy and sorrow that arose,
A bittersweet melody, with each verse it shows.

Oh, love unrequited, a piercing lance,
Leaving scars behind, in a tragic dance,
The heart's resilience, its enduring chance,
To heal and seek love's renewed expanse.

For love, dear friend, is a canvas vast,
Where joy and sorrow bind, the die is cast,
Heartbreak's shadow cannot forever last,
New love emerges, from pain's shadow, so vast.

So, embrace the highs, endure the lows,
For love's journey, an ever-changing prose,
A poem unending, where love's beauty flows,
And heartbreak's wounds, eventually transpose.

This is an amazing stanza:

"Oh, love unrequited, a piercing lance,

To heal and seek love's renewed expanse. "

This poem has incredible flow, and rolls off the tongue with ease. I'm dyslexic, and it STILL read well. I almost always stumble when I read, even in poetry. But this, I strolled right along beside, enjoying the poetry with ease. This is really well written, and is incredibly clear in its voice. So many messages about the tragedy and charm of love, as well as the enduring nature of the heart.

This is outstanding work, and am thrilled to have read a poem that made me forget that I'm dyslexic for a minute or two. Thanks for sharing your work, and keep writing what you love :)
